Job Description: Role Summary The role will focus on administration, troubleshooting, infrastructure support, availability, and integration across on\-premises and Azure\-hosted SAP environments. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Windows Server environments across on\-premises infrastructure. Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) services, including users, groups, authentication, Group Policy, DNS, and domain\-related issues. Support day\-to\-day operations of on\-premises infrastructure, including Windows compute and related infrastructure services. Support SAP workloads hosted on Microsoft Azure, including the underlying Azure infrastructure. Provide infrastructure\-level support for SAP HANA environments. Support hybrid infrastructure connectivity and dependencies between on\-premises environments and Azure. Monitor infrastructure health, availability, capacity, and performance. Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and configuration details. Follow enterprise security, compliance, change\-management, and incident\-management practices.
