SAP MM IS Retail Professional

This SAP MM IS-Retail Consultant role at Capgemini involves implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP Retail solutions for clients. You will configure and support SAP MM and SAP IS-Retail functionalities, including Merchandise Categories, Article Master, Listing Assortment Management, Site Master (Stores & Distribution Centers), Vendor Master, and Purchasing Processes. Daily activities include managing retail-specific procurement and replenishment processes, configuring pricing, promotions, and purchasing conditions, and supporting inventory management, stock transfers, and goods movements. You will participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, testing, and deployment phases. The role involves working with business users to resolve production support issues, coordinating with technical teams for interfaces, IDocs, and enhancements, preparing functional specifications, and supporting SIT/UAT testing.

The ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of experience in SAP MM and IS-Retail with strong expertise in merchandise management, inventory management, and retail store operations. Experience with Merchandise Categories, Article Master, Listing Assortment, Site Master, Vendor Master, and purchasing processes is required. Knowledge of retail-specific procurement, replenishment, pricing, promotions, and goods movements is essential. Strong experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, testing, and production support is required. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
