The Functional Lead will configure and enhance processes spanning goods movement output and release strategies and Microsoft Copilot Studio enabled workflows to support data driven decision making and operational excellence across global business units. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead solution design and configuration for Automotive Parts and Supply Chain processes. Inventory Management Pricing \& Rebate Management Development Support Go\-Live Support Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and automotive modernization initiatives. Integration \& Technical Support User Enablement \& Support Provide L2/L3 support for supply chain and aftersales applications. Inventory Management Warehouse Monitoring Ability to analyze ABAP logic and collaborate with development teams. Interface Monitoring Minimum 2–3 end\-to\-end SAP implementations rollouts or transformation projects. Strong stakeholder management capability Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Design and optimize end to end demand management processes that connect order intake planning and fulfillment using SAP MM and integrated modules to support reliable product availability and customer satisfaction. * Configure SAP MM master data and related structures to ensure accurate material vendor and purchasing information that enables consistent downstream processing and reliable reporting across business functions. * Develop and refine SAP purchasing workflows spanning requisitions orders and approvals to streamline procurement activities while maintaining strong compliance with organizational policies and audit requirements. * Manage goods receipt and goods issue scenarios in SAP to ensure timely postings accurate stock updates and smooth integration with inventory management and financial processes for operational stability. * Implement and maintain SAP MM special procurements such as consignment and subcontracting to support diverse sourcing models that align with business objectives and supply chain resilience. * Monitor and enhance SAP inventory management processes to reduce stock discrepancies improve cycle counting effectiveness and support continuous improvement through reliable data and analytics. * Configure SAP output strategies for purchasing and logistics documents to ensure precise communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders and to support traceable documentation flows. * Apply SAP release strategies for purchasing and related approvals to enforce segmented authorization controls that balance operational speed with risk management and governance. * Integrate SAP MM with SAP EWM SD FICO to enable seamless data flow between warehousing sales and finance functions thereby reducing manual interventions and improving end to end visibility. * Leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio to design intelligent assistants and guided workflows that simplify complex SAP demand and order management tasks and increase user productivity and adoption. * Use machine learning approaches with available enterprise data to identify demand patterns forecast requirements and support proactive purchasing and inventory decisions that reduce stockouts and excess inventory. * Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders in demand management order management and supply chain operations to translate business needs into configurable SAP solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. * Document functional designs test scenarios and process changes in a clear and structured manner to support knowledge transfer training and sustainable operations in the hybrid work environment. Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. Requirements Gathering \& Documentation Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements. Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Requirement Gathering Ensure delivered solutions meet functional and business requirements. Required Experience Functional Expertise Minimum 5\+ years of SAP Supply Chain consulting experience preferably in Automotive Parts Operations or Automotive Aftersales environments. Project Experience Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA programs. Educational Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Supply Chain or related discipline. SAP Certification(s) in MM SD S/4HANA IS\-Auto or related modules preferred. Qualifications * Demonstrate strong hands on experience in SAP MM including purchasing master data inventory management special procurements and goods movement processes supporting enterprise scale operations. * Show proven expertise in integrating SAP MM with SAP EWM SD and FICO to create cohesive process flows that connect logistics sales and finance activities for accurate transactional and reporting outcomes. * Exhibit practical capability in configuring SAP output and release strategies to support controlled communication and approvals across purchasing and logistics documents within complex organizational structures. * Display applied knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio in building supportive tools and process aids that enhance SAP driven demand and order management workflows and improve user experience. * Apply working experience in machine learning concepts and demand forecasting to support data informed decisions in order planning replenishment and inventory optimization within the given industry domain. * Possess solid domain understanding of order and demand management processes over five to eight years of experience ensuring the ability to design fit for purpose solutions for hybrid working models.
