Job Title: SAP MDG solution Company: Teamware Solutions Job Category: SAP ABAP Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description: Responsibilities: * Lead end\-to\-end SAP MDG solution design and delivery across Customer / Business Partner, Supplier, Material, and Finance master data domains. * Lead requirement gathering, fit\-gap analysis, design workshops, solution architecture, and functional/technical design documentation for SAP MDG implementations. * Deliver high\-quality results aligned with firm values and principles * Drive client engagement workstreams with strong ownership and accountability * Maintain high standards of project quality and execution excellence * Manage UAT, integration testing, defect triage, cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and post\-go\-live stabilization. * Review/Develop technical specifications, functional designs, configuration documents, test scripts, transport plans, and deployment readiness artifacts. * Lead and mentor senior associates, associates, and offshore teams; provide technical guidance, solution reviews, code reviews, and delivery oversight. Experience: 8\+ What You Must Have * Hands\-on exposure to MDG Consolidation, Mass Processing, and Central Governance on S/4HANA, including initial loads, match \& merge, and best\-record calculation. * Hands\-on technical experience in OO ABAP, BAdIs, Enhancements, FPM, Feeder classes and BRFplus. * Specialization in data validations and derivations using BRFplus and Badi * Experience with SAP S/4HANA and data quality frameworks. * Strong knowledge of SAP MDG architecture, including hub deployment, co\-deployment, data replication, key mapping, value mapping, and cross\-system harmonization.k * Experience managing workshops with business users, data owners, data stewards, IT teams, and enterprise architects.
