SAP MDG Lead

Job Title: SAP MDG Lead Company: Siro Clinpharm Job Category: SAP ABAP Roles & Responsibilities: Role\- SAP MDG Lead Role Summary * Lead enterprise\-wide SAP Master Data Governance initiatives and design AI\-enabled SAP Fiori applications integrated with SAP MDG for intelligent duplicate detection, workflow automation, data quality improvement, and master data governance across Material, Supplier, Customer, Business Partner, and Finance domains. Key Responsibilities * Lead end\-to\-end SAP MDG implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and support programs. * Define SAP MDG solution architecture aligned with business and enterprise data governance strategy. * Lead requirement workshops and translate business needs into scalable SAP MDG solutions. * Design governance workflows, data models, validation rules, BRF\+ rules, and approval processes. * Lead SAP S/4HANA master data governance and transformation initiatives. * Drive master data quality, governance policies, stewardship models, and KPI measurement. * Lead data migration, cleansing, harmonization, cutover, and deployment activities. * Coordinate and engage with onsite and offshore teams, vendors, and implementation partners for the MDG activites. * Provide executive updates and engage business stakeholders across Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance. AI\-Enabled SAP MDG \& Fiori Responsibilities * Lead development of AI\-enabled SAP Fiori applications tightly integrated with SAP MDG. * Design intelligent duplicate checking solutions for Material Master, Supplier, Customer, and Business Partner data. * Implement AI\-assisted workflow recommendations, risk scoring, and automated routing. * Drive material classification, attribute recommendation, and data enrichment using AI/ML capabilities. * Integrate SAP MDG, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, and AI services. * Define architecture for conversational AI assistants and Copilot\-style experiences for master data creation. * Implement predictive analytics and dashboards for monitoring data quality and governance KPIs. * Evaluate fuzzy matching, NLP, machine learning, and generative AI models for duplicate prevention. * 10\-2 years of experience with minimum 8\+ years in SAP MDG. * 5\+ end\-to\-end SAP MDG implementation programs. * Deep expertise in SAP MDG\-M, MDG\-S, MDG\-C, MDG\-F, and Business Partner governance. * Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA environments. * Hands\-on knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, ABAP, BRF\+, FPM, OData, CDS Views, Workflow, DRF, ALE and IDocs. * Experience integrating SAP MDG with SAP and non\-SAP applications. * Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and project delivery skills. Experience – 10\+ years Mandatory Skills \& Experience AI \& Technology Requirements * Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and NLP concepts. * Experience designing duplicate detection and intelligent search solutions. * Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, SAP Joule, SAP Data Intelligence, and SAP Analytics Cloud. * Ability to design AI\-enabled governance solutions with explainability, security, and compliance controls. Manufacturing Domain Experience * Experience governing Material Master processes including creation, extension, classification, standardization, duplicate prevention, engineering materials, raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, and procurement\-related master data.
