SAP Materials Management Professional

UST is hiring a SAP Materials Management Professional in Bengaluru for an Application Management Services role centered on resolving incidents and service requests within an established SAP MM support environment. Rather than new implementation work, this position is support-focused, covering enterprise structure, material and vendor master data, special procurement processes, and outline agreements as part of ongoing production issue resolution. You will manage release strategy and pricing configuration, handle purchase requisition and purchase order issues, and keep MM connected with SD, LE, and FI through existing integration points. Meeting SLA commitments is a core measure of performance, alongside documenting resolutions clearly and sharing knowledge with the wider support team.

Candidates need 3-8 years of SAP MM experience with specific exposure to Application Management Services and production support work rather than greenfield implementation. Strong knowledge of enterprise structure, material and vendor master data, special procurement, and outline agreements is required to troubleshoot support tickets effectively. Familiarity with release strategy, pricing configuration, and PR/PO issue resolution is essential, along with integration awareness across SD, LE, and FI. Meeting SLA targets consistently is a key expectation for this support-focused role. Debugging skills and IDoc troubleshooting experience are good to have, given the technical depth some incidents require.
