+ Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP contract and permanent positions. + Source and screen SAP consultants through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals. + Recruit candidates across SAP modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, BASIS, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, EWM, BTP, and other SAP technologies. + Coordinate with clients, account managers, and delivery teams to understand hiring requirements. + Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical skills and project experience. + Negotiate rates, check candidate availability, and coordinate interviews and onboarding. + Maintain candidate databases and achieve recruitment targets within agreed timelines. + Handle contract staffing, C2H, and permanent hiring requirements for domestic and international clients. + Requirements + 1 year of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 3 years in SAP recruitment. + Experience in IT staffing or contract staffing is mandatory. + Good knowledge of SAP modules and consultant skill requirements. + Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search. + Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. + Experience hiring for international markets is an added advantage. + Interested candidates can share their updated resumes.
