SAP HR ABAP - Staff

This SAP HR ABAP Staff role at EY involves contributing to end‑to‑end SAP HCM/ECP implementations for global clients. You will analyze and propose solutions for client requirements, develop and document solutions with high quality, and participate in the entire project lifecycle (design, estimation, development, testing, and ownership). You will collaborate with experts and project managers to ensure timely delivery. The role requires expertise in ABAP HR, with good understanding of Payroll processing and application development. You will work on interface implementations using OData, IDocs, RFCs, and form developments. Exposure to HANA coding (CDS, AMDP) is an advantage. The role also involves close collaboration with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

The ideal candidate must have 2‑3 years of experience in SAP ABAP HR with exposure to HCM Module, preferably with ABAP 7.40+. Good understanding of Payroll processing and experience in interface implementations (OData, IDocs, RFCs) and form developments are required. Knowledge of enhancements, integration techniques (PTP, BIB), and exposure to Employee Central Payroll and SF Employee Central is preferred. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, are essential.
