Job Description We are looking for a Technical Consultant with an HR background and strong ABAP development experience to support HR\-related SAP solutions within a digital transformation environment. The role involves developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HR/HCM solutions, working closely with HR stakeholders, and translating business requirements into technical specifications and developments. What You Will Be Doing * Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs related to HR/HCM modules. * Work closely with HR business teams to understand and translate HR process requirements into technical solutions. * Design and develop reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows in SAP HR environment. * Support SAP HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll. * Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of existing ABAP programs. * Participate in data migration, system upgrades, and HR system integrations. * Prepare technical documentation and functional specifications. * Provide technical support and resolve production issues related to HR processes. * Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams. Qualifications * Proven experience as an SAP Technical Consultant with strong ABAP development skills. * Hands\-on experience with SAP HR / HCM modules and HR business processes. * Experience developing HR reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows. * Knowledge of HR processes such as employee lifecycle, payroll, time management, and organizational management. * Experience with SAP debugging, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting. * Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and data migration tools is an advantage. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
