Job Title: SAP HCM Saudi Payroll Consultant Company: Tech Mahindra Job Category: SAP ABAP Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Platform/Product with a strong background in HCM S/4HANA On Premise solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise applications and a deep understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes \& Saudi Payroll. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively within a team to deliver high quality software solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and implement HCM S/4HANA On Premise solutions to enhance business processes. * Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Conduct system testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing HCM applications. * Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to HCM and S/4HANA. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development. * Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides for future reference. Experience: 3 years * Experience with cloud based HCM solutions. * Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5\. * Knowledge of integration tools and techniques for SAP systems. * Experience in working with DevOps practices and tools. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 3 years of experience in software development, specifically with HCM S/4HANA On Premise. * Relevant certifications in SAP HCM or S/4HANA are a plus.
