SAP HCM Consultant

VSD Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for SAP HCM Consultants with 0–2 years of relevant experience to join our team in Ahmedabad on a permanent basis.The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of SAP HCM and exposure to Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), and India Payroll (PY). The candidate will work with senior consultants to support configuration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and business-process activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP HCM ConfigurationAssist in configuring and supporting SAP HCM modules, including:Organizational Management (OM)Personnel Administration (PA)Time Management (TM)Payroll (PY) – IndiaSupport employee and master data maintenance.Ensure accuracy and integrity of SAP HCM data.Assist with system enhancements, process improvements, and system upgrade activities.Work under the guidance of senior SAP HCM consultants on configuration-related activities.Support & TroubleshootingRespond to and resolve end-user queries related to SAP HCM functionalities.Provide functional support for day-to-day SAP HCM operations.Analyze basic system issues and coordinate with senior consultants for resolution.Assist in monitoring and resolving support tickets.

0–2 years of relevant SAP HCM experience.Freshers with relevant SAP HCM training/certification may also be considered.Good understanding of HR business processes and SAP HCM concepts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of experienced SAP consultants.Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days are preferred.Candidates should be willing to work from the Ahmedabad location.
