Job Title: SAP HCM - BIB Consultant (m/f/d) Company: T-Mobile SAP Module: SAP ABAP Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking an Integration Developer to implement and maintain integration solutions between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. This role requires 0-2 years of experience in SAP integration technologies. #### Responsibilities * Implement and maintain migration and replication routines between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors within the Business Integration Builder (BIB) and Custom IFlow Integrations * Design and configure end to end integration interfaces, including recruiting and reporting * Configure replication settings, SAP Replication Systems, and whitelisting within SuccessFactors * Perform end to end testing, data validation, and troubleshooting of integration flows and BIB configuration * Support hybrid integration scenarios, master data synchronization, and automated data migration * Collaborate closely with HR domain experts, SAP consultants, and IT teams to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes * Ensure data quality through automated validation and continuous process improvement to ensure reliability * Perform data migration, transformation, and validation from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors T-Systems India plays a key role in this global vision by delivering integrated, end-to-end IT solutions and sector-specific software to drive transformation across industries, including automotive, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, healthcare, and the public sector.
