SAP Group Reporting + PAPM Consultant

RS Integrators is seeking SAP Group Reporting + PAPM Consultants with 12+ years of expertise in financial consolidation, profitability analysis, and enterprise performance management for H-1B sponsorship. Key Responsibilities:. Design, configure, and implement SAP Group Reporting solutions for financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency reporting. Develop and optimize Profitability & Performance Management (PAPM) solutions for cost allocation, profitability analysis, and financial modeling. Work closely with finance teams to streamline statutory reporting, IFRS, US GAAP compliance, and tax reporting. Integrate SAP Group Reporting with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and other financial planning tools. Lead workshops, requirement gathering, and solution architecture discussions with stakeholders. Automate financial statement reporting using AO Workbooks, Analysis for Office (AFO), and SAC. Provide guidance on data modeling, master data governance, and reporting structures. Perform UAT testing, documentation, and post-go-live support. Required Skills & Experience. Technical Skills:. 12+ years in SAP Group Reporting, BCS, SEM-BCS, and FICO. Expertise in PAPM for cost allocation & profitability analysis. Strong in financial consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and eliminations. Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA Finance, AO, BEx, and SAC Reporting. Experience in data modeling, master data, and IFRS/US GAAP compliance. Deep understanding of finance, controlling, and consolidation processes. Soft Skills & Mindset:.
