Job description: SAP Finance Lead Are you an experienced SAP Finance professional? Join our SAP team and help clients deliver complex transformation programmes that make a real impact. You'll work alongside experienced SAP specialists, shape solution design decisions, lead delivery teams, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients throughout their SAP journey. You will play a lead role in: Leading a team of 3-10 consultants onshore and offshore as part of an SAP implementation Advise Capgemini's clients in key design decisions Building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as the primary client contact throughout implementation and delivery. Contribute from a thought leadership perspective to help grow our clients but also our internal practice Your profile 8+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience, including strong SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling expertise. Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP implementation programmes in a lead or senior consulting role. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
