Requirements
- Must be able to work independently and with others; in preparing Business Blueprints (BBP) / Configuration workbooks, Fit-Gap Analysis documents,
- Work on Configurations, and support other Technical and Functional consultants with inputs for Custom Enhancements, and support for testing 
- Customer interaction in defining and finalizing the HR processes for the project
- Conducting workshops with key users/end users & preparation of Configuration Workbook, Testing and user training extensively
- Must be able to translate Customer business rules to technical business requirements
