SAP FICO Support Consultant

We are looking for an SAP FICO Support / Associate to support day-to-day SAP Finance and Controlling activities, troubleshoot user issues, maintain financial data, and assist in SAP-related processes. The candidate should have a good understanding of SAP FICO, accounting fundamentals, and business processes, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities. Provide L1/L2 SAP FICO support to business users. Handle SAP FICO-related incidents, service requests, and user queries. Support daily FI and CO transactions and processes. Assist users with issues related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting. Support financial postings, document verification, and transaction processing. Perform basic troubleshooting and identify the root cause of SAP issues. Validate financial data and investigate transaction discrepancies. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Support bank reconciliation and financial reporting processes. Coordinate with technical and functional teams for issue resolution. Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and process procedures. Assist with SAP testing, configuration changes, and system enhancements. Support master data activities related to customers, vendors, and GL accounts. Follow defined SOPs, SLA, and IT support processes. Escalate complex issues to senior SAP consultants or relevant teams.
