Job Title: SAP FICO - RTR - Head

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance strategy, solution design, implementation, enhancement, and production support.
* Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
* Lead and develop the SAP Finance team, including performance management and capability development.
* Provide functional expertise across SAP FI and CO.
* Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
* Lead solution design, testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production-support activities.
* Coordinate with technical teams, global delivery partners, and multiple vendors.
* Ensure SAP solutions comply with organizational quality, governance, and architecture standards.
* Translate complex SAP and technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations.
* Drive integrations with SAP MM, SD, PP, PS, CO and external applications.
* Evaluate and adopt new SAP S/4HANA capabilities and finance technology as the best practices.
