Key Responsibilities. Provide functional expertise in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA 2020-2023 across FI/CO. Configure and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes. Work on SAP Group Reporting processes and consolidation requirements. Configure and support SAP New GL (General Ledger) functionalities. Support SAP Tax processes, configuration, and statutory requirements. Support SAP Treasury functions, including relevant financial and cash management processes. Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP implementation projects. Translate business requirements into SAP FICO solutions and configurations. Analyze and optimize finance and controlling business processes. Support requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support. Work closely with business users, finance teams, technical teams, and other SAP functional modules. Provide functional troubleshooting and resolve complex SAP FICO issues. Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user guides. Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project/status updates. Required Skills & Qualifications. Strong expertise in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA 2020-2023. Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO (FI/CO). Experience with:. SAP Group Reporting. New GL. SAP Tax. SAP Treasury. Hands-on experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations. Excellent understanding of core Finance and Controlling business processes. Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and integration with other SAP modules. Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and production support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with business users, project teams, and senior stakeholders. Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP FICO modules FI CO Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions Configure and customize SAP FICO components including GL AR AP AA Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders and Product Costing Integrate FICO with other modules like MM SD PS and HR Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities Conduct workshops training sessions and provide user support Perform system testing UAT coordination and cutover planning Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
