SAP FICO Product Specialist

Job Title: SAP FICO Product Specialist Company: HCLTech Job Category: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: * We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant with 10\+ years of expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO processes, extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, and proven capability to lead workshops, solution design, business process transformations, and global deployments. Key Responsibilities ------------------------ * Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders. * Design and implement SAP FI/CO solutions aligned with business objectives. * Configure and support core SAP FI processes like GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Taxation, Financial Closing Activities. * Configure and support SAP CO processes: * Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, migration, and rollout projects. * Perform Fit\-Gap Analysis and recommend best\-practice solutions. * Drive integration with SD with OTC, P2P . * Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW developments. * Support data migration, testing, cutover, and go\-live activities. * Manage stakeholder communication and business sign\-offs. * Mentor junior consultants and lead functional teams. * Provide production support and continuous process improvements. * Minimum 3–4 full lifecycle SAP implementations. * Minimum 2 end\-to\-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations. * Strong understanding of financial closing and reporting processes. * Experience with business process redesign and transformation programs. * Expertise in integration between FI/CO and other SAP modules. * Group Reporting, FSCM (Credit Management, Dispute Management, Collections) * Excellent client\-facing and stakeholder management skills. * Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology * Candidates should have experience in: * SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformations * Global rollout projects * Brownfield and Greenfield implementations * Support and AMS engagements * Data migration and cutover planning * Hypercare and stabilization support * Strong leadership and team management abilities * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Stakeholder and client management * Problem\-solving and analytical thinking * Ability to work in global and multicultural environments * Capability to lead workshops and drive business decisions Work Location: India Availability: Full time
