Job Title: SAP FICO Manager / Senior Manager Company: Radii Global Sdn Bhd SAP Module: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: SAP FICO MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER About the Role We are urgently looking for an experienced SAP FICO Manager / Senior Manager to lead and deliver SAP Finance and Controlling solutions while supporting business growth and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP FICO functional expertise, proven experience delivering multiple full-cycle FI/CO implementations, and the ability to engage confidently with clients and business stakeholders. Candidates with a global IT consulting background and presales experience are highly preferred. A strong SAP FICO professional who combines technical/functional expertise with leadership, business acumen, and client engagement skills. The successful candidate should be comfortable operating beyond pure delivery and be willing to contribute to presales, business development, and go-to-market activities. Key Responsibilities * Lead and deliver SAP FICO implementations across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. * Provide functional leadership and subject matter expertise across SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). * Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions. * Lead functional teams and provide guidance to consultants throughout project delivery. * Support solution design, proposals, presentations, and presales activities. * Develop and present SAP FICO solutions to prospective and existing clients. * Identify opportunities for process improvement, solution enhancement, and business value creation. * Work closely with technical, functional, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery. * Manage client expectations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. * Contribute to the organization's go-to-market strategy, business development, and growth initiatives. * Provide mentorship and coaching to junior and senior consultants. * Ensure SAP FICO solutions align with business objectives, project requirements, and industry best practices. * Strong hands-on SAP FICO functional experience. * Proven track record of delivering multiple full-cycle SAP FI/CO implementations. * Strong understanding of SAP Finance and Controlling processes and business requirements. * Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills. * Strong business and go-to-market mindset. * Presales experience is highly preferred. * Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and work effectively in a consulting environment. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Candidates should be confident in engaging directly with clients and presenting SAP solutions. * Experience working on Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical projects will be an added advantage. * Previous experience in SAP FICO consulting leadership. * Strong presales and business development exposure. * Experience preparing proposals, solution presentations, and client demonstrations. * The confidence and ability to take ownership of presales responsibilities. * Have strong SAP FICO functional expertise. * Have completed multiple full-cycle FI/CO implementations. * Demonstrate strong leadership potential. * Are confident and ready to step up into a Manager-level role. * Health insurance * Professional development Work Location: In person Work Location: Downtown Core, S00, Singapore Availability: Part time
