Job Title: SAP FICO (Manager- Director) Company: Accenture Southeast Asia Job Category: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: About The Role We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Manager–Director to lead large\-scale SAP Finance transformation programs and end\-to\-end SAP implementations. This role will be responsible for driving solution strategy, delivery excellence, stakeholder engagement, and business transformation initiatives across complex, enterprise\-wide SAP landscapes. As a senior leader, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP Finance solutions that enable operational efficiency, financial transparency, and long\-term business value. You will also play a key role in growing teams, developing talent, and supporting business development activities. Key Responsibilities - Lead end\-to\-end SAP FICO and S/4HANA Finance transformation programs from strategy and design through deployment and post\-go\-live stabilization. - Manage large\-scale global or regional SAP implementation projects, ensuring delivery quality, budget adherence, risk management, and stakeholder satisfaction. - Collaborate with business leaders to define transformation roadmaps, process improvements, and future\-state operating models. - Provide trusted advisory support to senior executives and business stakeholders on SAP Finance modernization initiatives. - Build, mentor, and manage high\-performing SAP consulting and delivery teams across multiple project workstreams. - Support business growth through solution shaping, proposal development, client presentations, and pursuit activities. - Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem\-solving skills. Required Qualifications - 0-2 years of experience in SAP Finance consulting, implementation, or transformation programs. - Demonstrated experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and geographically distributed teams. - Strong knowledge of finance business processes, accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting requirements. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications - Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance greenfield, brownfield, or selective transformation programs. - SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FICO, or related SAP certifications. - Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, Treasury, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP BPC. - Consulting experience in professional services or large enterprise transformation environments.
