SAP FICO Manager

This SAP FICO Manager role at Quess Corp Ltd, based in Bengaluru, offers a senior leadership position overseeing SAP FICO operations with a strong Indian taxation component centered on GST implementation. You will manage SAP FICO implementation and support projects, ensuring the system meets business requirements for finance, accounts, and taxation functions. Leading GST implementation within SAP is a core responsibility. General ledger management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting round out the functional scope. You will also mentor and guide junior team members, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive process improvements.

Candidates need 7-10 years of experience with proven expertise in SAP FICO implementation and support, along with strong practical GST implementation experience within SAP. Deep knowledge of finance, accounts, and taxation functions is essential. Proficiency in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting is required. Any Graduate qualification is accepted. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
