SAP FICO Manager

Lead end-to-end SAP FICO project implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. The candidate should have professional experience with successful track record of delivery of multiple SAP implementation projects performing in the role of Project or Program Manager in implementing SAP ERP (ECC, S/4 HANA). Deep experience across multiple industries, including Pharma, Life science, Automotive, Government, FMCG and Retail. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible for overall management of SAP delivery project throughout its lifecycle. Define, plan, track, and manage project, identify key resources and provide direction. Create project plans, schedule management, risk management, scope definition, cost definition and allocation. Coordinate work with cross-functional teams. Provide leadership to cross-functional teams. Ensure adherence to project management methodology. Solid background managing successful delivery of SAP solutions with at least 5 full implementations, 2 of which are SAP S4HANA. Experience implementing systems based on a templated solution. Industry certifications (PMI / Prince2 etc) valued.

9 to 25 years from SAP FICO. Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or a related field. Hands on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and project management. PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.
