Job Title: SAP FICO Lead Product Analyst Company: Sopra Steria Job Category: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Public Cloud Consultant with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial processes, provide optimized solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP Cloud modules. Job Responsibilities * Implementation & Configuration: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, covering Finance and Controlling processes. * Testing & Quality Assurance: Support configuration testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and troubleshooting to ensure successful solution deployment. * Training & Support: Provide end-user training and post-implementation support, including issue resolution, process guidance, and continuous improvement. * Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, process flows, test scripts, and knowledge-transfer materials. * Project Management Support: Assist project managers with defining scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks related to SAP FICO implementations in a cloud environment. Must have experience at least 1 E2E implementation in Public Cloud and Strong AMS experience. * Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, understand business needs, and provide SAP FICO solutions aligned with standard SAP best practices. * 8–10 years of SAP FICO experience, preferably with SAP S/4HANA. * Strong experience in SAP FI and CO processes and configuration. * Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is preferred. * Experience in requirement gathering, testing, UAT, documentation, and production support.
