SAP FICO Lead

Job Summary. Lead SAP Finance and Controlling projects with expertise in S/4 HANA, Fiori, and IFcompliance. Responsibilities. Interact with clients regarding incidents and change requests. Resolve incidents within SLA timelines. Work on change requests and process improvements. Participate in automation and innovation initiatives. Provide consulting on financial and controlling processes. Support month-end and year-end activities. Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliation. Ensure integration with MM and SD modules. Support AMS processes including Incident, Change Request, and Problem Management. Qualifications. Experience: 7+ yrs in SAP Finance, including 2 implementations and 2 support projects. Hands-on with S/4 HANA, Fiori applications, and configuration. Expertise in GL, AR, AP, Assets, Bank, Cost/Profit Centers, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis. Knowledge of IFRAR or PS, and 3rd-party invoicing tools. Familiar with RICEFW objects and AMS service processes. Excellent communication, flexibility, and analytical skills.
