SAP FICO Lead

Drive S/4 HANA projects including Implementation, Roll-out, and Conversion. Configure and manage SAP FI & CO modules, with strong cross-functional integration. Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Perform business process re-engineering to optimize finance operations. Work extensively on GST, Asset Accounting, Banking Interfaces, and CO-PA (Profitability Analysis). Deliver end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and handle complex support engagements. Manage requirement gathering, solution design, functional documentation, testing, and user training. Collaborate closely with technical teams (ABAP) for developments and enhancements. Drive problem-solving initiatives and finance transformation programs. Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective solutions. Work with offshore teams for development tracking and stakeholder updates. Must-Have Skills:. SAP FICO/FTM Lead/Architect. Mini 10yrs in SAP consulting exposure. S/4 HANA Implementation. Strong client-facing experience. Experience in blueprinting and Greenfield implementations. Exposure to Gen AI / AI-led solutions in SAP landscape.
