Sap Fico Developer

The SAP FICO Developer will configure and manage SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Consolidation, Funds Management, Special Purpose Ledger, Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and Activity Based Costing. The developer will handle complex FICO landscapes, support intercompany processes, and possess strong technical expertise and hands-on experience. This position also involves supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to internal best-practice documentation, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning within the finance technology team. The consultant will play a key role in driving digital transformation efforts, ensuring solutions remain scalable, well-documented, and aligned with evolving business priorities and compliance requirements.

5–10 years of SAP FICO development experience. Strong FI configuration in GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Consolidation, Funds Mgt., and CO configuration including Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, COPA, and Activity Based Costing. Familiarity with intercompany processes, sales and use tax/VAT preferred. Any Graduate qualification. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile or SAP Activate methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
