Work as SAP FICO Controlling SME for India BU. Exposure to enterprise-wide SAP transformation and digital initiatives. High collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain & Global teams. Focus on profitability analysis, costing, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities (JD + Business Context). Drive SAP Controlling solutions (Product Costing, COPA, Cost Center Accounting). Perform profitability and margin analysis (COPA) with strong reporting capability. Manage COPA tables, reporting, and analytics. Gather business requirements and map solutions in SAP independently. Lead GAP analysis, solution design, and system configuration. Work on cross-functional integration (SD, MM, PP). Prepare functional specifications, blueprints, and documentation. Support month-end & year-end closing activities. Drive process improvements and digital initiatives. Support audits, compliance, and control frameworks. Team & Structure. Work closely with India Finance teams and Global SAP teams. Collaboration with Sector FICO leads & DevSecOps teams. High interaction with cross-functional stakeholders. Ideal Profile. 7+ years of experience in SAP Controlling domain. Qualification: CA / ICWA / MBA (preferred). Strong expertise in: o Product Costing, COPA, Cost Center & Internal Orders o Business process mapping & SAP configuration o GAP analysis & solution design.
