SAP FICO Consultant (Tech Mahindra)

The SAP FICO Consultant will implement, customize, and maintain SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling. The role requires at least 1 ETE implementation experience (ECC), hands-on experience with S/4 HANA, strong knowledge in Asset Accounting, reconciliation of AR, AP, and Bank Accounts, and solid taxation knowledge. The role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, contributing to end-to-end project delivery and continuous process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will engage closely with business stakeholders to translate financial and operational requirements into robust SAP configurations that support long-term organizational growth.

4+ years of SAP FICO Functional experience with at least 1 ETE implementation (ECC). Hands-on S/4 HANA experience preferred. Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, AA, Controlling, and Taxation. Any Graduate qualification. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
