SAP FICO Consultant (S4 HANA Public CLOUD)

JOB DESCRIPTION - SAP FICO Consultant (SAP GROW & SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud). Location: Kolkata. Employment Type: Full-Time. Experience Required: 3-6 Years. Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP GROW with SAP and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), along with experience in cloud ERP implementation, configuration, business process mapping, and support activities. The candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP finance solutions aligned with industry best practices and SAP Public Cloud standards. Mandatory Skills: Hands-on experience in SAP GROW with SAP implementation projects. Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud configuration and support. Expertise in SAP FI and CO modules. Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. Knowledge of Public Cloud best practices, fit-to-standard workshops, and cloud deployment methodologies. Experience in integration with SAP MM and SD modules. Key Responsibilities: SAP FI Functional Activities: Configure and support SAP FI modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting & Reconciliation, Financial Closing & Reporting. Configure and maintain SAP FI organizational structures and business processes. Manage financial postings, account determination, and document controls. Support month-end, quarter-end, year-end closing. Ensure compliance with accounting standards. SAP CO Functional Activities: Configure and support CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Cost Element Accounting, Product Costing & Profitability Analysis. Support budgeting and planning processes. Perform cost allocations and profitability analysis. SAP GROW & S/4HANA Public Cloud Responsibilities: Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops. Configure SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions following SAP best practices. Support business process design and cloud transformation. Work on Public Cloud scope items. Perform configuration using SAP CBC. Support testing, cutover, deployment, hypercare. Project Implementation & Support: Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects. Gather requirements and prepare functional specifications. Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT. Troubleshoot SAP FICO issues. Support master data validation and migration. Maintain documentation. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with finance teams, business users, project stakeholders. Conduct user training and knowledge transfer. Provide post-go-live support.

3-6 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant. Strong hands-on experience in SAP GROW with SAP. Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation and support. Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO configuration. Good understanding of finance, accounting, controlling processes. Experience with SAP Public Cloud deployment methodology. Knowledge of SAP MM and SD integration. Experience preparing functional specifications and business process documents. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred: SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Certification. SAP FICO Certification. Experience in multiple Public Cloud implementations. Knowledge of GST, taxation, statutory compliance. Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
