* 2-3 years of experience in SAP FICO. * Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI configuration: * Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration: * Experience in SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Support Projects. * Strong understanding of financial and controlling business processes. * Experience in gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications. * Hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user training. * Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements. * Experience working with ABAP teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, and integrations. * Knowledge of integration between FICO and MM, SD, PP, and PS modules. * Ability to provide production support and resolve critical issues within SLA timelines. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or a related field. * SAP S/4HANA Certification. * Experience in RTR (Record to Report) processes. * Exposure to FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management). * Exposure to Group Reporting. * Exposure to Central Finance (CFIN). * Strong stakeholder management skills. * Excellent communication and user-training skills. * Experience in preparing functional design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
