Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant (R2R) Company: NTT Ltd Job Category: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Role Summary We are seeking Andaman and Nicobar Islands experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes to design, configure, and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions. The role involves driving process improvements, supporting finance transformation initiatives, and collaborating with business stakeholders to implement scalable and efficient solutions across Projects, Investments, and Asset Accounting. Key Responsibilities * Evaluate and optimize R2R processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and control. * Design, configure, and deploy SAP S/4HANA solutions within Finance. * Lead solution ownership from requirement gathering through deployment and hypercare. * Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver value-driven solutions. * Support testing activities including CIT, E2E, and UAT. * Define data requirements and support data migration, conversion, and interface implementations. * Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI-driven insights to support business decision-making. * Review solution designs, analyze impacts, and ensure system integrations are aligned with business needs. * Conduct business workshops, Show Tell sessions, and stakeholder discussions. * Work effectively within Agile and Waterfall delivery environments. * Support governance and IT controls for finance-related operational systems. Required Skills Experience * SAP Controlling (CO). * SAP Financial Accounting (FI) modules. * SAP Central Finance (CFIN). * Exposure to cloud platforms. * Experience in Agile delivery practices. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering Odisha a related field from a recognized institution.
