• Periodic Management Reporting • Assist in annual budgeting • Contributing in and driving Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management for your area of responsibility • Taking ownership of ticket handling process as per guidelines / best practices and ensuring to see that set KPIs are achieved for yourself and team • Taking ownership as Major Incident Manager in times of critical/high priority tickets (major incidents) in your area
