SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary :We are looking for an enthusiastic SAP FICO Consultant with a strong understanding of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of SAP FICO processes, good analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and work on real-time business requirements.Key Responsibilities :Understand and support SAP FI and CO business processes.Work on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA) and Bank Accounting.Understand integration between SAP FICO and other modules such as MM and SD.Assist with configuration, testing, documentation, and issue resolution.Analyze business requirements and provide appropriate SAP solutions.Support incident resolution and troubleshoot functional issues.Prepare functional documentation and test scenarios.Participate in implementation, support, and enhancement activities.Required Skills :Strong understanding of SAP FICO concepts and processes.Knowledge of FI organizational structure and master data.Understanding of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.Basic knowledge of CO – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders and Profitability Analysis.Understanding of integration between FICO and MM/SD.Familiarity with SAP transactions and navigation.Practical exposure to SAP training systems or real-time projects.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, IT, or a related field.Experience: 0–3 years in SAP FICO.SAP FICO certification/training is an added advantage.Freshers with strong practical SAP FICO knowledge can apply.Candidates should be comfortable working from the office and collaborating with clients/teams.Knowledge of S/4HANA Finance is an advantage.Exposure to SAP Fiori is a plus.Understanding of business processes such as P2P, O2C and Record-to-Report (R2R) is preferred.
