SAP FICO Consultant

The SAP FICO Consultant will configure and support SAP FICO with a strong focus on Document Splitting in S/4HANA environments. The consultant will analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions for financial processes, support implementation, enhancements, testing, and production support activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, and troubleshoot issues while providing functional support for Finance processes. This position also involves supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to internal best-practice documentation, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning within the finance technology team. The consultant will play a key role in driving digital transformation efforts, ensuring solutions remain scalable, well-documented, and aligned with evolving business priorities and compliance requirements.

8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience with strong expertise in Document Splitting in SAP S/4HANA. Experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting. Proven experience in SAP implementation and support projects. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate qualification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
