Sap Fico Consultant

Location- PAN India. We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO Data Migration Consultant to lead and execute financial data migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC. The role requires strong expertise in SAP FICO modules, data migration tools, and ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:. Lead end-to-end SAP FICO data migration activities (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO). Analyze legacy financial data and define migration scope, rules, and strategies. Design and execute ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data integrity. Plan and execute mock runs, cutover activities, and final production migration. Collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders. Prepare migration documentation, mapping sheets, and reconciliation reports. Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and post-go-live stabilization. Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Experience:. Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules. Expertise in data migration tools such as LSMW, LTMC, and Migration Cockpit. Good understanding of financial master and transactional data structures. Experience in SAP S/4HANA finance data migration. Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in complex, multi-system environments. Qualifications:. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field. SAP FICO certification(s) preferred. Experience in large-scale SAP implementations or transformation projects is a plus
