SAP S/4HANA Support + Production Support/AMS + CR handling + Incident Management + Troubleshooting + Business User Interaction + SLA-based delivery. Act as primary liaison between business users and delivery teams. Lead requirement discussions, fitgap analysis, and solution design. Own functional delivery across SAP FICO and OpenText VIM. to. Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable. Configure and support SAP FICO modules. Prepare functional specifications and support UAT, cutover, and go. live. Coordinate with technical, Basis, security, and integration teams. Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and governance. Support audits, controls, and statutory compliance requirements.
