SAP FICO Consultant

Capgemini is hiring SAP FICO Consultants to work on finance transformation and implementation projects across multiple locations. The role involves configuring SAP FI/CO modules, gathering business requirements, and preparing functional specifications. Candidates will participate in testing cycles and support integration with other SAP modules such as MM and SD. The position may involve handling different project responsibilities ranging from support tasks to leading workstreams depending on experience. Exposure to S/4HANA Finance and GST processes will be important in delivering effective solutions.

Candidates should have 5–10 years of experience in SAP FICO with strong knowledge of FI and CO processes including GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, and controlling components. Experience in implementation or support projects and familiarity with S/4HANA Finance is required. Applicants should be comfortable with testing, documentation, and integration tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential. Experience in handling GST and financial closing processes will be beneficial for this role.
