SAP FICA Consultant

This SAP FICA Consultant role at Yash Technologies involves designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP FI/CO modules for clients across various industries. You will provide expert-level support to resolve complex financial accounting issues using SAP FICO tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs. Daily responsibilities include configuring and supporting GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Controlling processes, handling GST, TDS, and India localization requirements, managing month-end and year-end closing activities, and supporting FI integration with other SAP modules. You will also conduct training sessions on SAP FICO best practices and provide guidance to junior team members.

The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years of experience in implementing or supporting SAP FI/CO projects with strong knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules. Experience working with multiple ERP systems including integration with third-party applications is required. Graduation is not required. Because this consultant also runs internal training sessions, the hiring team wants someone who can explain FICO configuration decisions clearly enough for junior colleagues to follow. Comfort managing India-specific GST and TDS localization requirements alongside standard month-end and year-end closing duties is also expected.
