SAP FI Functional Lead

Job Title: SAP FI Functional Lead Company: The Silicon Partners SAP Module: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for a seasoned SAP FI Functional Lead with 0-1 years of experience to lead SAP FI functional activities across enterprise implementation and transformation programs. Key Responsibilities * Lead SAP FI functional design and solution delivery across implementation and transformation projects. * Drive end-to-end SAP FI implementations, from requirement gathering through go-live and hypercare. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP FI solutions. * Lead functional workshops, process discussions, fit-to-standard analysis, UAT, and go-live activities. * Manage, mentor, and provide functional guidance to a team of SAP FI consultants. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams. * Ensure seamless integration of SAP FI with CO, MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules. * Provide solutions for complex SAP FI functional issues. * Ensure project deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and business requirements. * 0-1 years of experience with strong expertise in SAP FI. * Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA. * Proven end-to-end SAP FI implementation experience. * Strong understanding of SAP FI business processes and configuration. * Experience in team handling, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management. * Experience working on large-scale SAP implementation or transformation programs. * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience will be preferred. Required Skills & Experience * SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience. * SAP Public Cloud implementation and Fit-to-Standard experience. * Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology. * Greenfield and/or Brownfield implementation experience. * SAP S/4HANA certification. * Experience with SAP FI/CO integration and cross-functional business processes.
