Job Category: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Work Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Pune Job Description: * 6\+ years of experience with at least 1 hands\-on S/4HANA Finance transformation projects, serving as Solution Architect, leading the design, architecture, and end\-to\-end implementation of solutions spanning GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Financial Closing ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. * Hands\-on experience designing and governing SAP FSCM components Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, and Treasury/Bank Communication as part of a unified finance architecture. * Hands\-on expertise architecting SAP CO\-PA (Costing\-Based and Account\-Based), defining profitability analysis models, value fields, characteristics, and reporting structures across the enterprise. * Proven hands\-on track record driving cross\-module integration architecture across FICO, CO\-PA, FSCM, SD, MM, and PS, ensuring seamless financial and operational reporting across the SAP landscape. * Extensive hands\-on experience leading blueprinting workshops, requirement gathering, and fit\-gap analysis with business and finance stakeholders, translating outcomes into governed solution designs. * Deep, hands\-on configuration expertise used to define architectural governance, design standards, and best practices for finance solutions, while guiding technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, data migration, and reporting. This role requires a short\-term frequent travel to the USA as part of the Project Deployment. Work Location: Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India Availability: Full time
