* 8\+ years of SAP FICO experience. * Strong hands\-on SAP FI configuration experience: + General Ledger (GL) + Accounts Payable (AP) + Accounts Receivable (AR) + Asset Accounting (AA) + Bank Accounting * Strong hands\-on SAP CO configuration experience: + Cost Center Accounting + Profit Center Accounting + Internal Orders + Product Costing + Profitability Analysis (CO\-PA) * Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects. * Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling business processes. * Experience in business requirement gathering and functional specification preparation. * Hands\-on experience in configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user training. * Experience in end\-to\-end implementations, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements. * Experience working with ABAP teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, and integrations. * Knowledge of FICO integration with MM, SD, PP, and PS. * Experience in production support and critical issue resolution within SLA timelines. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related field. * SAP S/4HANA Certification. * Experience in RTR (Record to Report) processes. * Exposure to FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management). * Exposure to Group Reporting. * Exposure to Central Finance (CFIN). * Strong stakeholder management skills. * Excellent communication and user\-training skills. * Experience preparing functional design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
