Job Description
Job Title: SAP EWM Consultant - Pan India

Roles & Responsibilities:
Set up inbound processes: ASN/IBD, GR, deconsolidation, putaway strategies, HU management.
Set up outbound processes: wave management, picking/packing, staging, GI, and shipping integration.
Implement labor management, engineered labor standards, and performance tracking (where applicable).
Design and optimize task and resource management, queue management, and exception handling.
Support transportation unit (TU)/vehicle, yard management, and door appointment processes.
Set up serialization, batch management, catch weight, and advanced HU/packspecs.
Plan and execute unit, SIT, UAT testing; manage defects and ensure operational readiness.
Lead data migration (products, packspecs, bins, open WOs), cutover, and hypercare.
Monitor and optimize warehouse KPIs (fill rate, OTIF, pick rate, inventory accuracy, dwell time).
Provide L2/L3 production support, root‑cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements
Experience: 1 year
Gather warehouse/logistics requirements and translate them into EWM solution designs.
Ensure controls & compliance (auditability, SoD, GxP/industry requirements) and robust authorizations.
