About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
SAP EWM Consultant
to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot complex warehouse operations, and collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure optimal warehouse and inventory management processes.
What You'll Do
* Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP EWM modules, analyzing and resolving incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
* Support inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory management processes.
* Monitor EWM queues, IDocs, RF frameworks, and background jobs.
* Coordinate with cross\-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, TM, BASIS, ABAP) for root\-cause analysis and issue resolution.
* Support system enhancements, configuration changes, minor developments, and execute testing (unit, integration, UAT).
* Participate in cutover activities, go\-live, hypercare support, and assist warehouse users with training and queries.
Technical Depth
* Strong capability to debug issues and collaborate closely with ABAP developers for root\-cause resolution.
* Solid grasp of core integration touchpoints with S/4HANA (MM, SD, PP).
Nice\-to\-Haves
* Experience with Manifest Management and advanced logistics extensions.
* Prior experience handling end\-to\-end go\-live cutovers and hypercare support phases.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Must\-Haves
* Experience: Minimum 8\+ years of hands\-on experience in SAP EWM Support (Embedded or Decentralized).
* Core Technical Skills: Strong understanding of warehouse structures, master data, inbound/outbound flows, and internal warehouse processes (putaway, picking, replenishment).
* Process Knowledge: Proficiency in physical inventory, cycle counting, handling units (HU), Wave Management, and the RF Framework.
