Job Title: SAP EWM Company: Magnet HR Tech Digital Job Category: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: * Experience with SAP EWM integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA. * Experience supporting integrations with WAMAS or other third\-party WMS/logistics applications. * Experience in configuration, testing, incident management, and enhancements * Strong stakeholder communication and problem\-solving skills * Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and on\-call support as required to support global operations Key Responsibilities * Configure and support SAP EWM business processes. * Resolve production issues and deliver enhancements. * Support EWM integrations with SAP and external warehouse/logistics applications. * Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements. * Support testing, deployments, and continuous process improvements. * Collaborate with onsite, offshore, and client teams. * Provide application support in a 24x7 global support model, including participation in rotational shifts, night\-shift coverage, and planned on\-call support * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve business\-critical incidents within defined SLA timelines during assigned shifts Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Availability: Full time
