Role Summary. We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive the organization's SAP landscape and enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for defining ERP strategy, governance, implementation, support, and continuous improvement across SAP S/4HANA and related platforms. The role will lead the end-to-end SAP ecosystem, including SAP S/4HANA (FICO, SD, MM, PS), SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Group Reporting, New GL, SAP BTP, and SAP CPI. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, enterprise architecture expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of leading large-scale ERP transformation programs. Key Responsibilities. ERP Strategy & Leadership. Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation, modernization, and optimization initiatives across the enterprise. Define and implement ERP governance frameworks, operating models, and best practices. Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales, PMO, and executive leadership teams to support business transformation objectives. Drive ERP roadmap planning aligned with organizational growth and digital strategy. Ensure adoption of emerging SAP technologies and innovation initiatives. SAP Application Portfolio Management. SAP S/4HANA. Oversee implementation, support, and optimization of:. Finance & Controlling (FICO). Sales & Distribution (SD). Materials Management (MM). Project Systems (PS). SAP SuccessFactors. Manage and enhance:. Employee Central (EC). Employee Central Payroll (India Payroll). Time & Leave Management integrations. Learning Management System (LMS). SAP Analytics & Reporting. Lead SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) initiatives. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and planning solutions. Develop executive dashboards and performance reporting frameworks. SAP Consolidation & Reporting. Operations, Security & Governance. Ensure high availability, performance, security, and reliability of ERP applications. Establish and govern IT service management processes and SLAs. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization initiatives. Manage SAP licensing, contracts, AMS partners, and strategic vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, statutory regulations, and data security standards. Oversee disaster recovery, risk management, and business continuity planning for SAP applications. Team Leadership. Lead and mentor SAP functional, technical, and support teams. Build high-performing teams capable of supporting global business needs. Manage external implementation partners, consultants, and service providers. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. Required Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. SAP certifications in S/4HANA, FICO, SuccessFactors, SAC, BTP, or related technologies are desirable. Experience Requirements. 18+ years of SAP experience with at least 8+ years in leadership roles. Strong preference for candidates with SAP FICO background. Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. Experience managing complex global ERP landscapes and enterprise applications. Demonstrated success supporting multi-country operations. Strong experience in stakeholder management at executive and business leadership levels.
