Sap Crm Developer

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze and translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications for SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions. Configure and implement SAP Service Cloud V2 to support customer service processes while participating in complete project lifecycle activities including design, build, testing, deployment and post-go-live support. Collaborate with integration, middleware and UI teams to support SAP BTP integrations, microservices architecture and Fiori/UI5 enhancements. Handle data migration, testing activities, documentation preparation, training materials and process improvement recommendations for enterprise SAP CRM and customer experience projects.

Candidate should have overall experience in SAP CRM or SAP Service Cloud V1 along with hands-on experience in SAP Service Cloud V2 implementation and configuration. Strong understanding of customer service processes, SAP BTP integration capabilities, Fiori/UI5 principles, API-based integrations and microservices architecture is required. Candidate should possess analytical, communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills with exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and SAP CX Suite.
