Responsibilities The focus is on incident analysis, root-cause identification, and reliable issue resolution. Candidates are expected to work within defined support processes, escalate where needed, and continuously build knowledge on SAP Standard and Clean Core principles. * Core competencies: SAP S/4HANA SD / Order-to-Cash, ITIL-aligned incident handling, structured problem analysis, ticket documentation, and escalation support * Technical understanding: Ability to read and interpret system logs, interface knowledge with focus on monitoring (CPI flows, API, Kafka), orientation in ABAP traces or debugging output; analysis capability is key Work Location: TS, India Availability: Full time
