Job Title: SAP COE PTP Business Analysis Specialist Company: PPG SAP Module: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Support SAP S/4HANA PTP processes in daily operations (BAU), including incident resolution, service requests, and user support· * Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including testing (unit, SIT, UAT), defect tracking, and resolution support * Support SAP PTP configuration activities (Procurement – MM-PUR, Invoice Verification – MM-IV) under guidance from senior team members * Analyze business requirements and help translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria * Work with Business Process Owners and users to validate requirements, test cases, and test results for PTP-related changes * Help document business processes, functional designs, and system changes * Support change requests, system enhancements, and continuous improvement projects in the PTP domain * Collaborate with teams (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, IT) to ensure end-to-end process understanding * Support localization requirements, including forms, interfaces, and compliance with local statutory and business needs * Follow global template and governance standards, ensuring understanding of SAP best practices and organizational guidelines * Opportunity to participate in regional SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects, providing exposure to global business processes and international stakeholders. * Opportunity to learn from experienced SAP functional experts and industry professionals within the SAP Center of Excellence. * Opportunity to leverage and apply AI tools in day-to-day work, driving innovation, productivity, and modern ways of working. Qualifications * Degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience * 2 or more years of experience in the PTP domain (MM Purchasing and Logistics Invoice Verification) * Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM modules, including Procurement, and Logistic Invoice Verification (LIV/MIRO), with an understanding of direct and indirect procurement processes and their configuration possible effects. * Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, functional design, system testing, and process documentation, with the ability to translate SAP capabilities into optimized business processes * You must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
