You will be a member of the SAP Finance team and will report directly to the Finance Lead. As part of a major global business transformation program, we are transitioning to SAP S/4HANA and redefining our core business processes. In addition to supporting this strategic initiative, our team manages global SAP projects, drives template governance and enhancements, and provides expertise for complex business challenges across the enterprise. The SAP Application Management team serves as a global center of excellence, partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, innovative, and sustainable SAP solutions. We are currently looking for a highly skilled SAP FICO Solution Architect to provide strategic guidance, lead solution design, and support the successful delivery of our SAP transformation roadmap. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Provide architectural leadership and expert guidance for the organization's SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling transformation journey. Lead the expansion and continuous evolution of the global SAP FICO template to support roll\-ins, acquisitions, and strategic business initiatives. Business stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Transformation Experts, Power Users, FSSC stakeholders, Finance Solutions Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Team Lead, Scrum Master, Team members from EU, US, CN and India. Provide second\-level support for the integrated SAP ERP landscape, ensuring efficient incident resolution and timely fulfillment of service requests. Analyze, monitor, and coordinate the resolution of critical SAP incidents to ensure business continuity and system stability. Monitor, analyze, and optimize business processes and system interfaces to ensure operational efficiency, stability, and performance.
